Sleeps six, with a private indoor sauna, game loft, covered outdoor patio, and dedicated home-office workstation.

Timber & Tide is a single owner-operated short-term rental, not a management company or booking platform. The property is a Pacific Northwest-themed retreat designed for four overlapping traveler audiences: PNW leisure travelers (hiking, ferries, coastal towns, aerospace tourism), families with children (camp-themed attic sleeping loft, fully fenced yard), pet owners (fully pet-friendly with a fully fenced yard, so dogs can be off-leash outside), and business travelers on Boeing Everett, Paine Field, or aerospace-corridor assignments (dedicated workstation, King bedding, short commute).

The booking model is direct. Reservations made at timber-tide.com pay no OTA service fees and receive the owner's best rate. The property is also listed on Airbnb and VRBO for travelers who prefer those platforms, but the direct channel is always priced at or below the OTA-inclusive total.
